APPLICATION FOR A NEW PASSPORT


The Embassy issues only Passports of the old type ( burgundy cover) for one year only.

N.B. The Applicant must come in person to the Embassy to affix the fingerprint of his right hand thumb to a special Identification Card .

Required documents

- The passport along with photocopies of the first four pages
- Six recent colored photos
- Lebanese I.D. card or Extract of Civil Status ( Ikhraj Kayd) legalized by the LebaneseMinistry of Foreign Affairs
- An application duly filled and signed by the Applicant

- Self-addressed envelope


Fees:
- 480 sek for one year
-Mailing fees: 61 sek for Sweden and 105 sek for Norway, Danemark, Finland and Island
-Bank charges:  130 sek for checks from outside Sweden
