Lebanese citizens may apply for a Certificate of Single Status through the Embassy.
1. Original passport with one photocopy.
2. Recent Individual Civil Status Extract (issued within the last three months), original and officially certified by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, with one photocopy.
3. Any additional documents considered necessary by the Embassy.

١. جواز سفر ساري المفعول أو بطاقة هوية وطنية سارية
٢. نموذج طلب مكتمل البيانات
٣. إثبات العنوان أو الإقامة، عند الاقتضاء
٤. صور شخصية حديثة بحجم صور جواز السفر، إذا كانت مطلوبة
٥. خطاب تفويض، في حال تقديم الطلب عن طريق ممثل أو وكيل

تستغرق معالجة الطلبات عادةً من ٣ إلى ٥ أشهر من تاريخ استلام الطلب المكتمل.

إصدار إفادة رخصة قيادة.
يمكن للمواطنين اللبنانيين الذين يحملون رخصة قيادة لبنانية سارية المفعول التقدّم بطلب للحصول على شهادة رخصة قيادة من خلال السفارة.
١. جواز السفر الأصلي مع صورة عنه.
٢. رخصة القيادة اللبنانية الأصلية مع صورة عنها.
٣. أي مستندات إضافية تراها السفارة ضرورية.

2. Original Family Registration Certificate with one photocopy.
3. Any additional documents considered necessary by the Embassy.

إصدار إخراج قيد فردي
1. استمارة طلب معبأة بالكامل.
2. نسخة عن جواز السفر اللبناني الصالح أو بطاقة الهوية اللبنانية لمقدم الطلب.
3. إخراج قيد فردي حديث، إن وُجد.
4. في حال تقديم الطلب بواسطة وكيل، قد يُطلب إبراز وكالة سارية المفعول ونسخة عن وثيقة هوية الوكيل.
5. أي مستندات إضافية تطلبها السفارة وفقاً لظروف مقدم الطلب.
