Lebanese citizens may apply for a Certificate of Single Status through the Embassy.

1. Original passport with one photocopy.
2. Recent Individual Civil Status Extract (issued within the last three months), original and officially certified by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, with one photocopy.
3. Any additional documents considered necessary by the Embassy.

5. Eventuella ytterligare handlingar som ambassaden begär beroende på sökandens omständigheter.
