Palestinian Travel Documents

Palestinian refugees registered in Lebanon.

1. A completed and printed online application form.
2. The original travel document and two photocopies.
3. If the travel document has been lost, please submit the original police report confirming the loss.
4. Three recent colour passport photographs (3.5 × 4.5 cm) with a white background.
5. The Palestinian Refugee ID Card issued in Lebanon and two photocopies of it.
6. Two photocopies of the UNRWA registration card.
7. Two copies of the payment receipt.
8. Two photocopies of your residence permit or asylum card.
9. Two copies of the written parental consent if the applicant is under 18 years of age and is applying for a new travel document.
10. If the application is being completed entirely by post, two prepaid, self-addressed return envelopes showing your name, postal address, and contact telephone number, together with one prepaid shipping labels. Shipping labels can be purchased at: https://www.postnord.se/kop-frakt/
11. If you choose the optional DHL FastTrack Service (additional fee applies), you must first submit your printed online application form together with all the required documents to the Embassy.
Upon receiving and reviewing your documents, the Embassy will send you an original application form, which must be signed in the presence of a notary.
Once the original application form has been signed, you must purchase the DHL FastTrack Service and print the 11 documents generated by the DHL FastTrack system. Please include all 11 printed documents together with the original signed application form when sending the documents back to the Embassy.

Once all required documents have been received, including the original Embassy-issued application form where applicable, applications are forwarded to the General Directorate of General Security in Lebanon for processing.

Processing times vary depending on the transmission method selected:
1. Standard Service (Free of Charge) Diplomatic Pouch (standard transmission method): approximately 4 to 5 months.

3. Prepare all required supporting documents.

6. Mail your application to the Embassy.

Mailing Your Application
Please include:
1. The completed and printed online application form.
2. All required supporting documents.
3. If you are completing your application entirely by post, two prepaid, self-addressed return envelopes with your contact details and two prepaid shipping labels: https://www.postnord.se/kop-frakt/
4. If you have chosen the optional DHL FastTrack Service (additional fee applies), ensure you have completed the required arrangements through DHL before mailing your application. You must include all 11 printed documents generated by the DHL FastTrack system with your application. This service expedites the transmission of your application to the General Directorate of General Security in Lebanon. Applicants are advised not to make any travel arrangements until their travel document has been issued.
