Some applications are sent through the diplomatic pouch to the competent authorities in Lebanon.
Processing may take several weeks to several months depending on the type of application.
Lebanese Passport and Palestinian travel document applications can be expedited by sending them via DHL Express.
Civil Status Applications are processed within approximately 3–4 months.
Document Legalization are processed within 5 working days.

Applicants are encouraged to send their documents by mail to save time.
The submission must include all required documents as specified on the Embassy’s website, along with a return envelope containing the applicant’s address, phone number, and a prepaid shipping label for returning the processed documents.
