جواز سفر لبناني أو بلاغ شرطة في حال فقدان جواز السفر مع صورة منه.
ثلاث صور شمسيّة .
إيضاح السبب الذي يستدعي إصدار جواز المرور .
نسخة من بطاقة الإقامة الأصلية أو بطاقة اللجوء .
الرسوم : 300 كرون سويدي ابتداء من 1 آذار 2026 .

Lebanese passport, or police report in case of a lost passport with a copy.

Statement explaining the reason for requesting the Laissez-Passer.
