- صورة عن جواز السفر للزوجين
- صورة عن بيان قيد عائلي لبناني حديث مع نسختين عنه
- حكم الطلاق الصادر عن السلطة القضائية المختصة، مع ترجمته الى اللغة العربية، والمصادقة عليهما من قبل وزارة الخارجية للبلد المعني مع نسخة عنهما
- وكالة لإعطاء الصيغة التنفيذية لحكم الطلاق من قبل أحد الزوجين
- صورة عن الحوالة المصرفية

Documents to be sent to the embassy for divorce registration:
- Fill out the divorce registration form: Divorce registration.
- A copy of the Lebanese marriage certificate.
- A copy of the spouses’ passports.
- A recent Lebanese family civil record.
- A divorce decree issued by the competent judicial authority, along with its translation into Arabic, both legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the concerned country, together with a copy of both.
- A power of attorney to grant the execution order.
- Fees:
- 500 sek for the legalization of the power of attorney by the embassy.
- 625 sek for the legalization of the divorce decree.
- 400 sek for the legalization of each translated paper.
