المستندات المطلوبة لتسجيل الوفاة
- تحميل الإستمارة عبر الرابط: طلب تسجيل وفاة.
- صورة عن بيان قيد عائلي للمتوفّي وجواز سفره.
- شهادة الوفاة الأصلية الصادرة عن السلطات المختصّة، والمصادقة عليها حسب الأصول. (Dödsfallsintyg och släktutredning)
- شهادة وفاة من المستشفى حيث يذكر فيها سبب الوفاة مصدقة من المستشفى. (Dödsorsaksintyg till socialstyrelsen)
- الرسوم مجانية.
- يجب ارسال نسخة من المصادقة حسب الأصول:
- في السويد : مصادق عليها من قبل دائرة النفوس
- خارج السويد : من باقي الدول الإسكندنافية، مصادق عليها من قبل وزارة الخارجية التابعة للبلد.

Copy of the deceased’s family registration certificate and passport.

Original death certificate issued by the competent authorities, officially certified. (Dödsfallsintyg och släktutredning)

Hospital-issued death certificate indicating the cause of death, certified by the hospital. (Dödsorsaksintyg till socialstyrelsen)

Certification Requirements:

In Sweden: Certified by the Population Registration Authority.

Outside Sweden: Certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the respective Scandinavian country.
