يمكن تنظيم الوكالات بالحضور شخصياً الى السفارة أو المصادقة عليها في حال إرسالها عبر البريد
- المستندات المطلوبة في حالة الحضور إلى السفارة بشكل شخصي لتنظيم التوكيل:
- هوية الموكل الاصلية او جواز سفر اصلي.
- صورة عن هوية الوكيل.
- المستندات المطلوبة في حالة إرسال الوكالة عبر البريد للمصادقة عليها
- الوكالة وصورة عنها، موقعة لدى كاتب العدل ومصادق عليها لدى وزارة الخارجية التابعة للدولة المقيم فيها الموكل.
- اي وكالة خاصة ام عامة تضمن بيع او تصرف باموال او اسهم بحاجة الى امضاء شاهدين .
- يجب التأكد من مصادقة كاتب العدل على امضاء الشهود وليس فقط على امضاء صاحب العلاقة.
- صورة عن هوية الوكيل.
- صورة عن هوية الموكل.
- صورة عن هوية او جواز سفر او دفتر سوق الشاهدان في حال كانت الوكالة عامة او وكالة بيع.
- صورة عن وصل الدفع مع رسوم البريد وعنوان واضح لإعادة المعاملة.

الوكالة الخاصة 500 كرون سويدي
ملاحظة
- إذا كانت الوكالة تتعلّق بحساب مصرفيّ يجب تحديد رقم الحساب واسم المصرف وعنوانه.
- إذا كانت الوكالة تتعلّق بسيّارة يجب تحديد مواصفاتها ورقم محرّكها وهيكلها بالاضافة الى نسخة عن دفتر السيارة.
- إذا كانت الوكالة تتعلّق ببيع عقار يجب ابراز صورة عن سند التمليك.

Power of attorney documents can be organized either by personal appearance at the embassy or legalization via postal submission.
- Documents Required for Personal Appearance at the Embassy:
- Original ID or passport of the principal.
- Copy of the agent’s ID.
- Documents Required for the Power of Attorney:
- The power of attorney document and a copy, signed before a notary and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the principal resides.
- Any special or general power of attorney involving the sale or handling of money or shares must be signed by two witnesses.
- Ensure that the notary certifies the witnesses’ signatures, not just the principal’s.
- Copy of the agent’s ID.
- Copy of the principal’s ID.
- Copy of the ID, passport, or driving license of the two witnesses if it is a general power of attorney or a power of attorney for sale.
- Copy of the payment receipt including postal fees and a clear return address.
Fees:
General Power of Attorney: 1000 sek
Special Power of Attorney: 500 sek
Note:
- If the power of attorney concerns a bank account: the account number, bank name, and address must be specified.
- If the power of attorney concerns a vehicle: its specifications, engine number, chassis number, and a copy of the vehicle registration must be provided.
- If the power of attorney concerns the sale of real estate: a copy of the property ownership deed must be presented.
